Great picture but sound is to low, talk to samsung tested tv and said i need a sound bar. Replaced a samsung that was 11 years old for this new one but have to turn volume up to 40, old one was 15-20 volume

Great picture a great tv This week what a great buy at Best Buy so please we bought it from them. No problem and no worries.

We love the picture on this TV. The installers from Beat Buy were awesome and stayed until everything was the best it could be. We also bought a sound bar that is excellent!

Love everything about this tv. Menu is easy to use. Sound is great. We do have the soundbar too and it makes it that much better. Clear picture. Easy to hang!

So far so good. Great picture. Meh for sound. Sound bar fixes that. Integrates well with Smart Things. Just hoping it last longer than the 26 months the last Samsung Q60 did. As much as I hate them, I added the extended warranty given the failure rate.

This is the second Samsung tv I am buying from BestBuy. THis tv series is just amazing. I have decided that all the TVs in our house will be this series of Samsung TVs.

Absolutely love this tv! Vivid colors and sharp images, even in darker scenes. Stunning picture. Will be replacing other tvs with this model.

Great tv! It was an open box so we saved a few bucks. The only issue was that it did not come with a power cord. Luckily we had a cord that worked so we were able turn it on. Love it!

Bright clear picture. Sound quality could be better for playing music videos. Over all I'm happy with this for my home office or in general a smaller area. It's a solid choice.

Very good modern tv. My only complaint is the los volume. Not sure if it the TV speakers or the lack of gold plated or silver HDMI connector in the back of the TV. Overall a good tv.

Beautiful images and smart tv apps make this tv a great upgrade to my old high end LG 4K UHD smart tv. For the price point it's worth it's class range!

The TV's picture quality is near perfect. Samsun makes the setup easy. The user interface has always been a great feature. Out of the box and working all within 15 minutes.

We love the size, color and clarity of the picture! The price was within our budget. The delivery and set up by the Geek Squad was on time and the service was excellent.

Great TV for basically anything. I game on on it, watch all different types of tv shows and it always looks nice and vibrant. I highly recommend!

Needed a TV for a well lit room with ALOT of natural light. This is an amazing TV. I actually bought and returned 3 TVs. The Samsung Qled out performed them all.
