    Pleased with the Samsung TV. Within a week of my original purchase, the same TV went on sale for $50 less than my purchase price. Best Buy promptly gave me a $50 credit - which was fair.

    I am very pleased with my new tv. I received it along with a sound bar and a subwoofer. The sound is awesome and the tv picture is unbelievable!! The technician that installed the items was incredible, and very kind.

    The first flat-screen TV I purchased was a Samsung about 13 year's ago and I still have that TV with surround sound which is still good. However, the sound of this TV is so poor I had to purchase a sound bar

    Nice TV for the price point. User friendly and good picture quality. Sound could be better. I'm not fond of having to purchase a sound bar to get acceptable sound quality.

      We appreciate your thoughts on the picture quality of Samsung’s Q60D TV. If the image you’re seeing isn’t to your liking, there are several picture settings you may want to adjust.

      Go to Home > left direction button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
      1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
      2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
      3. Eco: Provided to save energy
      4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
      5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also fine-tune your picture with expert settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness and more (All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings).

    At 75 years old it was relatively easy to figure out the state of the art technology. No trying to figure out how to program cable remote as in the past. Seemed to happen without effort

    The tv was wonderful but I would not use the delivery again. They left it outside the building, in a public area, instead of saying they couldn't deliver it. We asked for it to be delivered during business hours and they delivered it on a Saturday, when the office was close. They would not come and pick it up so we had to find someone to run to the office building and pick it up before it was stolen.
