I am very happy with the purchase of this television. My last TV was a plasma. This was a definite step up from my previous home entertainment. Picture is crisp and colors are vibrant, what more could you ask for? The sound is fine the picture is great! I have a Firestick and Hulu. This television fits my needs perfectly.

It’s not easy purchasing a TV on line, but, after much research, I chose this Samsung and I couldn’t be happier! It’s my first Smart TV and the largest TV I’ve ever owned and I love it! It was delivered quick and safe and, with the help of my daughter, set it up in about 10 minutes! I recommend this Samsung TV, it’s exactly what I wanted! I’m very pleased with my choice!

This TV is a great improvement over my last Samsung TV which was 7 years old. Better picture, better detail due to the higher number of pixels which enhance the color detail. I haven't yet experienced the higher 4K resolution available in Blue Ray or numerous streaming services. I look forward to experiencing the 4K capability of this TV soon. I am very happy with this TV.

So I've had a previous Samsung TV. I'm not TV literate, but right off I didn't like the switch of the stand from the middle stand to the legs on each side. It was difficult for me bc I put them in wrong several times. Samsung needs arrows on those legs(all sides), not all of us are tech savvy or have men around. 2nd..that darn remote needs to be sent either unattached or attached w/batteries installed. Again Samsung, when grown men are having problems getting it open....I couldn't even do anything with my TV until I had a man available to fight with the remote. So now to the good stuff, this TV is too smart. So it had already did stuff while I was trying to figure out how to do it. So I guess that's good. But I'm still looking to add apps and I haven't figured that out yet. The settings are really helpful in the new era. I feel if you have to ask Google, then the manufacturer has failed in some way. The reason for 3 stars is I haven't had time to do much with it and I'm not tech savvy to give it anything else at this time.

Awesome smart TV, love the Apps & Wifi options, perfect screen picture!

I upgraded to this TV from a 3 year old one. The quality and picture is great, also the platform to navigate its easier. I live in Queens so we use an Antenna to get basic channels, this TV picks up a lot of channels as compare to my old one. I watch movies from my Apple TV and play Playstation on this too. I love it!
