From my first color 19" color tv back in our country more than 20 years ago up to now here in the US my brand is always Samsung and with QLED 4K, oh boy, you bet I always stay in front of it 6 to 8 hours a day watching my favorite new channel and movies.

It looks great and I am still learning everything that it is capable of doing. It also goes well well with my samsung M360 series soundbar w/ subwoofer. The sound is amazing. I would recommend this TV to everyone who can afford it! Not badly priced I might add as well. You may as well spring for the protection plan too!! For that money, you betcha!!

Once I googled the best picture settings, I was very happy with the tv. Since this is the first tv I have purchased in over 15 years, the picture is MUCH better than what I was used to (a 720p 40 inch Samsung that is still going strong). The smart tv features are all great and very intuitive to use.

My old TV was not a Smart TV. This is wonderful! Ivan, the Best Buy Installer/Tech was excellent! He is an employee you should be proud of, and one that should be recognized by Best Buy as a top performer. Ivan was knowledgeable , helpful and a gentleman.

Unplugged tv and plugged back in and it worked. Bought a antenna and tv showed no channels found. It was hard to find out where to go try to pick the channels up so I think I did it right. I will buy another antenna and try it then.

I’m so happy with my new tv purchase. The smartest of Smart TVs. This remote is the smartest also. You can work all features without looking at the remote. Finally a smart remote you don’t have to look at to use. It’s so easy. Don’t have to turn the lights on. Brilliant!!
