I purchased this tv as a replacement for the one in our bedroom that had a lot of issues. The picture quality of this tv was much better than the one it replaced and the price was great.

I was unsure of whether this tv would deliver a great picture quality. I was not disappointed. I love the tv size for the room and have a great picture quality. It was mounted ona stand without difficulty. Great buy.

Wonderful TV. Great quality. My first smart TV sales people very knowledgeable with all my questions. Talked with two different people on different days and made the decision to go with the QLED.

The picture is amazing. 2 weeks later, still figuring it all out. Not happy with the shoddy feet on the TV. Better if wall mounted. I am very afraid of the TV just getting bumped and falling over.

Great smart TV. The remote is super small which sucks. Also it has legs on each side of the TV too hold it up instead of a stand in the middle. The bigger size TVs have the stand is you can't with the legs

The TV so far is excellent, it's my first Smart TV. The picture is great, and all of the other extras that come with the SMART TV, Samsung did a great job.

Wonderful!! We love this tv. It’s the best one we’ve ever bought. It knows when you are trying to switch input without even pushing anything on the remote. The picture is so clear and we are amazed with it!

Geek squad came on time. They set up my tv within an hour. I did have trouble buying the extended geek squad warranty. Many of the sales people did not know you could buy it after initial purchase

Excellent picture. The set up instructions were not the best. ended up having to go to their website to get the instructions and info I was looking for. The menus are ok but not the easiest to use.

Great T.V.! The clarity is amazing. The sounds is good. A bit confusing in the setup process. The whole app based thing is a little frustrating at first. Once you get used to it, it's good.

It’s difficult to admit that at least initially Smarttv is smarter than I. With time and patience the QLED showed its stuff, and for me the best was the brilliant colors and the gift of many watching options.

Son was going to get smaller tv for his bedroom in shared college house. Walked into Best Buy, saw this TV and said right away, " You're the one, I'll take this". Great picture quality, and very smart Tv

This is my 3rd Samsung QLED TV. The picture has always been excellent and I like the included software because I don't have to learn how to use the interface on another brand.

Not a true 120hz tv. Using electronics to try to mask this work but give a “soap opera” look. Good for the money. Just make sure you measure the footprint. The feet “V” out and not straight down.

The colors on this tv are so vibrant and crisp. It is beautifully lit in dark spaces as well as spaces with lots of light. The only downfall is that it does not have loud sound system .

I'm so happy I bought this Samsung TV. There's so many features, I'm discovering new things everyday. I paired it to my Samsung phone so I can do so much more. The picture quality is excellent.

Love the TV but being an old guy now I don’t like how everything is done on the screen instead buttons on the remote, took me about an hour to setup and still trying to figure it out the next day.

Took back a slightly bigger TV to get this one. Price was right and the picture is phenomenal. Worth the upgrade in price I feel. Samsung I don't think has best UI but make up with great picture.

This TV takes time to get to know how to function with it. I am accustomed to working controls for color depth, tone, hue...not easy to function as usual w/this TV but it seems you may have adjusted that after my first comment about color. I don't know it does look better though, then when I first viewed it after delivery and setup. I guess it can't be wall mounted cause my delivery people gave up on that. It would be nice to know if it needs a sound bar for adjusting sound. I am not real fond of talking to a robot to tell him what to do.

We are enjoying the TV the picture and sound are sharp and clear. Th only mistake I made was not to check the box, it was an open box purchase and the instructions were missing.
