After downloading and installing the beta Xfinity streaming app I then learned that in order to make this app work on the Samsung TV I had to also have Comcast internet service. Unfortunately I have ATT internet service at home and therefore can't use my new TV as I had intended. Huge disappointment.

Voice unresponsive

The outside of box says it has voice recognition , it comes with a voice remote but when you set it up it says that this particular model isn’t compatible. I have it connected to Alexa but it doesn’t work too good. Shame on you Samsung!

I am very sorry that you are experiencing using your Voice Assistant. To use this function, the TV must be connected to the Internet. Your Samsung Smart Remote contains the voice recognition microphone. Please be sure that it is not too far away from you, turned upside down, or located in an environment with loud ambient noise. Use the Samsung Smart Remote less than 2 ft. away with the remote control buttons facing upward. Do not place the Samsung Smart Remote near the TV speakers or an audio speaker.
