All went great! TV was in stock, TV mounts were ordered and shipped to our home in days and the installation was done the next week. All to perfection! Prices for products and services were decent and the Geek Squad installer "nailed it"! Nothing but great things to say about the experience.

He very patiently walked me through the process and helping me choose the appropriate TV and the parts I would require. He answered all my questions and set up my installation by The Geek Squad. I am waiting for a flawless installation. I give Ethan an A+!!!! Not yet installed but set day, and time of my choice.

Cannot adjust picture color or sound except by use of pre-set options, which don't allow you to adjust the colors or sound just allow you to change it. The remote is small with limited buttons that make it difficult to figure out how to use on screen.
