Steven and Johnathan were so knowledgeable about our TV and they had it up and working in less than an hour! Of course we asked a million questions along the way too! But we have had no problems getting it to work! Two thumbs up for a job well done!

Its good that it has a gaming mode and supports the HDR10+ and the PS5 features as well. Samsung is always spot on as always with app support even though I've connected the new Google TV to it. Overall, you can't go wrong with this TV

Best part is connectivity and casting of mobile/laptop screen. I would like to have faster connection to wifi and keyboard in Smarthings app. I can control the TV using my phone, but I have resort to remote for typing.

This seems to be a common problem with this TV. Other than that, it is a good product. Good picture and features.

Thank you for purchasing Samsung’s Q60T TV. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues connecting to your cable box via HDMI. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
1) Power off all HDMI devices connected to TV
2) Disconnect all HDMI cables from TV
3) Power off and unplug the TV's power cord from the wall outlet
4) Press and hold the TV power button for 30 seconds
5) Reconnect HDMI cables back to HDMI ports on TV
6) Re-plug the TV's power cord back into the wall outlet and check the TV.

We got the same tv but 7" bigger & mounted it on the wall. It's a good tv & we should have gotten the bigger size in the 1st place. My only complaint is most flat screen tv's don't have the best sound.
