Quick service. Got the Samsung QLED TV I wanted.

All sales personal wearing face mask. Had set up an appointment time which was most convenient. Quickly ran through the questions and demo that I wanted. Delivered as promised and had old TV hauled away. Very cooperative delivery guys.

However there seems to be a default for the screen to automatically show Samsung shows and guide. I want it to default to Hulu of Netflix not Samsung. It is very, very annoying.

Smart tv

I’ve tried several times to use the delay on the sound just not working.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung Q60T TV. I am very sorry you are experiencing sound delay issues. It could possibly a source issue. You can also try making changes to digital audio output in Expert Settings: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Delay
Please know that 2020 Samsung TVs have a feature called Audio Pass-Through. You can use this feature to correct your audio-sync issue.
On your TV go to: Settings > Audio > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through
If you have tried this and your issue persists, please reach out to Samsung Customer Support so that we can provide further troubleshooting.

Samsung 50" Q60T LED 4K UHD TV

The purchase experience left a little to be desired. The only sales associates in the area were both tied up in a conversation with another customer. It took a little while to get attention.

Great TV, Decent Price

We have this two floors away from wifi router and rarely have any issues. The tv OS is intuitive and clean. The TV brightness is acceptable. I do not think it would be the best for for high end 4k theater style room but it works well as a bedroom TV.

We had a problem with a TV we purchased only 13 days after the purchase. We returned it and purchased a different one with no problem. They were extremely helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had the tv delivered to me and had the geek squad mount it in the wall at his home. There was a lot of confusion having two addresses but it finally worked out

Nice tv. Can Mirror phone screen to tv with ease and has no blooming on the edges like the previous edge lit series I replaced this with.

Purchased this one over the Oled tv because display is on all the time and didn’t want to have burn in effect. So far tv shows no burn in and this monitor is on 24/7.

Pleased with assistance & TV

I immediately came home & called number on back of card. They told me my card was good for over $2000.00 and should have been accepted. I just used my debit card for purchase.

Love TV but HATE Vevo Country

I can’t find a way to make it gone. It “treats” me to loud country music when I first turn on the TV.
