Great picture but sound from TV has a light background noise which is audible on lower volumes. If the TV is coupled with a sound bar problem is solved

Very easy shopping experience and helpful staff when there are any issues. Bought a Samsung 50" TV and Bose Sound bar. Very happy with everything from shopping, delivery and a couple of questions after!!

We owned the tv for about 2-3 weeks and returned it. The picture is bright and beautiful. The sound would cut out quite frequently! Certainly not worth the price!!

After owning several Samsung TV's, I have to say the OS is so smooth this time around it was wonderful to setup, in Breeze. The screen is great right out of the box but you can customize it to your liking.

Haven’t found anything to dislike so far. I like the apps that support subscription channels like apple, Netflix, amazon, etc. I especially like the the ability to Bluetooth Connect my Bose or other headsets/earbuds.

the 60 hz refresh rate does not produce good quality hd picture for sporting events. Average TV for simple home viewing only. disappointed overall.

sales person very helpful in getting the tv i wanted, explained the add on purchase of soundbar too, didnt take me to the highest price items but explained why some lower price tvs were lower price...

I will never buy another Samsung product. I bought this TV Nov 28,2020 so almost two years ago. This TV was for my bedroom and it was maybe watched an hour a night, it didn't even have 500 hours of use on it. About a week ago a bunch of thin lines presented along the bottom of the screen. I tried all the ways the the internet suggests to get rid of them to no avail. I looked at Samsungs website and it says the TV should be good for 40-50 thousand hours. I called Samsung to see about repair and because it was outside of the year warranty I would have to pay to get it repaired which would be at the very minimum two hundred dollars. Five hundred dollars for a tv that didn't even last two years and now you want me to pay another couple hundred to fix it? Unacceptable. I can't imagine how long it would have lasted if it was our main set and was watched all the time. Don't waste your money on this Samsung garbage.

Excellent TV with many wonderful hi-tech options. Additionally purchased an upscale sound bar which works great since I am greatly hearing impaired. Geek Squad Team was just terrific in the hook-up.

Actual 4k and has many viewing options from popular apps, hdmi/hdr and AirPlay. Best part is the internet browser if whatever you want to watch doesn’t have an app. Works well with PS5 & Switch!

I had expected a much better high definition screen and was disappointed in both the image and sound. The TV was very easy to set up and I purchased a Samsung sound bar to help boost the audio.

Love my new 50" Samsung TV but they disconnected my printer when putting the TV in and I couldn't figure out what plug went to what, It ended up costing me $79.00 to have someone fix it for me.

So far so good! Great sound, great image but the only thing i feel bad about it is the quality of the material is made. Feels like cheap plastic. But overall I’d recommend this TV

Best Buy did it again with fabulous pricing. Unfortunately I crashed my new tv setting it up but of course I went back to Best Buy and immediately bought another one at a great price. Jarrett

So far a great product that performs according to it’s reputation. The installers were top notch and provided us with white glove service quickly and efficiently. Thank you Best Buy!!!

I purchased this product to replace a Plasma TV I purchased 14 years ago. The TV is much lighter to handle and very easy to start up. I have to admit I was not impressed with the picture quality and it was not as good as my old plasma TV. I replaced a Plasma TV which was a Samsung with a new Samsung. I believe everything we purchase today is made cheaper and will not last as long as the older products. It works alright and does what I need to do but I am not totally impressed with the newer product.

Complicated to use, when you go back and forth between gaming mode, and satellite television use. This is probably not the best tv for those who are not tech savvy.

Need to add soundbar with purchase as the speakers are not that loud unless using Disney plus or another streaming app. The regular cable channels are very low in sound

We purchased a larger version of this TV earlier this year. This was purchased for my son and his family. Lucky for them it came right before the need to quarantine. They love it!

I spent a fair amount of time researching, talking with sales people, online reviews and this TV, seemed to check all the boxes.
