This is a Great Tv with a beautiful display. It’s a perfect size for my bedroom. I’ll must likely purchase a bigger one for my basement area.

Purchase was straight forward, installation was prompt and installer was knowledgable and helpful, set works well. I am very satisfied.

Good picture but had to reset my tv a few times to get the sound to work right.

I have guest stay over often so I bought this for the spare room. Everyone love it. Samsung is a great product anyway so you can't go wrong.

We’ve had this tv a little over a year now and it’s already having problems.

I bought this TV because of previous positive experience with a Samsung TV. Unfortunately this TV did not measure up. The picture, after much adjustment, was acceptable from straight on, but faded excessively from even a slight side angle. The remote was awkward and difficult to use as well. I returned this TV because it was not acceptable.

The guys delivering the tv were nice enough to put the tv on the cabinet even though that wasn’t part of “their job”.

It is good buy. First bought a TV which was not in our budget, but later on Friday, this was the best deal we got on TV. Love it.

I like the TV overall but at full def on some fast motion backgrounds we get a move pause move pause effect. Disappointed in that!

working well so far (3 months). didn't particularly care for the fact I had to log into a samsung account to set up TV.

2nd time bought samsung very satisfied. Like the color and always buy it to best buy. You can never go wrong with samsung

We received a Westinghouse tv, not even close to what was ordered. We loaded it in car took to local Ann Arbor Mi. For exchange.

Good just need a bigger TV so I can play video games in my living room

This TV was a much needed upgrade. I had it shipped to my house. Perfect condition. The colors are beautiful, would reccomend.

So I had an LG that I loved but through a covid mishap, I ended up purchasing this television to give Samsung a shot, lots of noise and people bouncing between who is best, and I wanted to see if I liked it better. NOPE! First of all the requirement to set up the app is lame just to get to the point of using it for the first time, ya way too much. Features should be elective after use, but instead you’re gaited like cattle. In general the UI of the television is absolute garbage and beyond cumbersome. One example, it takes 9 clicks just to get to the inputs, if you have to change them manually. This is while you’re having apps and advertisements for other steaming services thrown in your face. So much bloatware it reminds me of a Compaq computer. Picture: my 2016 LG had a better picture and image quality or HDR, but in the dark lit area of movies or games it was over saturated. I’m fairly techy, would calibrate it, but when my girlfriend is cocking her head in confusion questioning the picture....it was all the affirmation I needed. I couldn’t pin point what it was, but too often it would feel like the next time I came back or watched a different film, I would have to change it again, I normally game on high end monitors, switching inputs to different sources shouldn’t be so drastic, but this tv just seemed to have a little mind of its own, in regards to how it would behave from a different source or media. I returned it, bloatware and some form of HDR image gimmicking were the main reasons. The nail in the coffin, 9 clicks to switch an input on a remote. “C’mon Maaaaaaaaan.”

The colors on this TV are beyond amazing! Definitely made the right choice going with Samsung. Highly recommend!

Great tv, only down sides are cant install all apps and sceeen casting is eh.

Returned a paper shedder that stopped shredding. Took it to Best Buy and was able to return it without any problems.
