    Bought T.V. As a open box rated excellent saying no scratches with all original parts and accessories. Received the item with Remote control missing. Contacted BB right away and all I got was the run around being transferred from department to department then told I have to purchase the remote! Buyer beware of open boxed items if missing items even though said everything was there it’s not true! I was not much of a discount because rated excellent condition so I would have been better off just getting a non opened box! Now I have a smart T.V. With no remote to control it!
