    bought the tv in Dec. 2020 and it has lines going through different parts of the tv as the board is already going bad.

    This a Protection Agreement replacement for the same make and model that was 3 years old and the board went bad. The picture quality and ease of use is excellent.

    Tv had a chip in the screen and the instructions and remote were all missing. Had waiting to install until patio work completed. High disappointment now.

    Returned the TV because it also wasn't Google enabled, add was misleading. So between the LED's that broke and the interface, returned and purchased a Sony TV

    not only am I without a tv , but I find out you wont service it, I have to wait 9 days for a service tech from samsung.

      You can also customize the sound with Expert Settings.
      Press the Home button on your remote, and then navigate to Settings. Select Sound, and then select Expert Settings.

    Samsung 50" Q60T

    I purchased this tv a little under 3 years ago. I haven't had a single issue with it since I've bought it. It's super simple to use, and still has fantastic resolution. The internal speakers the tv comes with work great as well. No need to 'blast' the volume anymore. Everything needed is all at your fingertips, with just a press of a button. Best item I've purchased yet!

    Buy Something Else - Save Your Money

    GOOD The picture quality is great. Easy to see in bright rooms with a lot of sunlight and excellent in the dark. It is thin, relatively minimal, and looks great in just about any space. ANNOYING The menu navigation is atrocious and laggy. The native Samsung TV app (with live tv and such, similar to PlutoTV) will sometimes suddenly just activate on its own with no warning. The internet connectivity - through both ethernet and wifi - can be spotty, even on the highest-end fiber connection in our city. BAD Screen suddenly went black a little under four years in and then the power started cycling on and off uncontrollably. After too many hours of research, I think it is a malfunction of a sector on the ribbon cable for the LCD panel. I tried all I can do to fix it, but no luck, especially since Samsung does not replace screens. The site indicates a lifespan of 5-10 years, but this one couldn't even make it 4 years. According to some other users online with similar issues, this appears to be common which is deeply unfortunate. In short, save your money. Buy a $200-$300 4k tv (non-Samsung). I would rather cycle through that cost every few years than spend another $600 on a paperweight that quit working in its infancy.

    It's very clear, and great for our trailer. After 2 years, we still enjoy watching Netflix, youtube and Apple TV on this television.
