Great tv but it gave out 4 years in
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I bought this TV in 2020, it’s 2024 and it gave out I’m not sure why it gave out so quickly because I would definitely take care of it and turn it off before bed every night. the TV quality seemed of good standards but I can say they don’t last as long… hope I can get help from best buy

Samsung TV is the best
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent tv. I’ve had it for 4 years now and it still works like brand new. You can’t even tell that I’ve moved it 3 times, including in the back/truck of a car 200 miles away. I tell everyone how much I love my Samsung TV

Three years after purchase.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this TV three years ago and it worked pretty well. I would have liked the warranty to be a little more than a year, it was not until 3 years later that this screen began to have problems with pixels. Nowadays it has a couple of thin lines crossing the TV, hard to notice from a distance but they are there.

Started off fine but total loss now.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought 2 of these a few years ago and both went bad around the same time. Cant get a picture on them. Some kind of chip issue. Past warranty coverage and too costly to repair. A real shame because my 2017 samsung tv’s are still working. Truly a disappointment.

Good to bad
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this TV in October of 2020, my initial impressions were good, although not a "top of the line" model the picture was very good. Then about 6 months ago black lines starting appearing across the bottom of the screen and I have gotten progressively worse. Of course this all started after the TV was out of warranty. It's pretty disappointing that a quality brand like Samsung can't make a TV that can last more than a couple years.

Love the look
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I loved this TV. It is Samsung's Entry level QLED, I found it bright and crisp even in my sunlit living room. It influenced my next purchase so much, I moved up to the the 65inch Q80AA model 1 year later.

Short lifespan
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We loved the picture quality but seems to be poorly built as it has died at just 4 years old. Gonna try a brand other than Samsung,

Really good TV with one flaw
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a really good TV. Great, crisp, vibrant picture. I'd give it a 4.5 rating. Only one flaw: The picture can get a little blurry during some recorded sports events, such as in football, the ball can get a little blurry/out of focus when its being passed from the QB to a receiver. Haven't seen this yet in live TV sports -- only recorded ones. (I would recommend this TV except for this one drawback) And one minor quibble: Toggling between using the Samsung soundbar I purchased and the high fidelity headphones I got should be easier.

Didn't live up to the expectatation
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My girlfriend bought this tv approx. 3 months ago, and has been unhappy with it since day one. And to be honest, I can't really disagree with her. It was to replace a slightly smaller Vizio set that was about 6 years old, which you would think was far inferior, yet both of us at many times prefer that set to this one. The main issue is the horrible motion artifacts that this set has. Whenever there is fast motion on the screen, the pixelated/blurred images around the edges of items are terrible. The old Vizio set was 60 hz, just like this one, but cost half of what this set cost. Yet we never noticed any motion artifacts on that set. This one is almost unberable in that regard. So although a static or slower motion image on the Samsung seems clearly better than the Vizio, everytime there is fast motion on the screen this one pales in comparison to the Vizio (which she still owns, and that we've done exact source image comparisons on). The next issue is the remote...this "smart remote" is anything but smart. It simply has too few buttons to be useful. The few buttons it does have require you to remember exactly how to use their "alternate" modes to access things like fast forwarding or rewinding something, etc. But what makes it worse is, every source, from cable to every single streaming service, treats these few buttons differently. So the button press/selection you'd use to rewind say the Disney + channel is different than the one you'd use to rewind Hulu, which is different than what you'd use to rewind Netflix, etc. It's just too few dedicated buttons, and too many different assignments and patterns to try and remember for all of the various services. All in all, she's very disappointed in this set, especially considering that it cost several hundred dollars more than comparable sets she looked at from Sony, LG, and yes, Vizio. She's thought many times about returning this set, although the time for that is probably past now. I have no doubt that within the next year or so, this will end up in the basement corner, in lieu of something else.

Samsung TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this tv back in 2020 and now it is acting up. I was hoping that it would last me a while as it is only myself who uses it and I am very careful.

Stopped Working in Less Than 4 Years
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this TV on Dec 31, 2020. It stopped working in Nov 2024. The cost to diagnose the problem and possibly repair was not worth the pursuit.
