One Smart TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After buying this TV and getting it set up by the Geek Squad, I was impressed with the apps it has on the menu bar. The screen has a great quality and depth to it. Works well on cable networks.

Samsung TVs junked before 5 years old
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.3 years, now on off cycle TV useless, 2nd Samsung to have this problem. Material and manufacturing quality is not ready for primetime. TV should last longer than 5 years. Our smart technology isn't smart enough to be sustainable. We need less Samsung Smart electronics in our landfills. Make longer-lasting products Samsung You should be ashamed.

Falls Short of Expectations After 3 Years
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this TV in November 2020, and by 2023, it began having sound issues. The volume would suddenly drop and remain low for several minutes. The only way to fix it was to turn the TV off and on again, which temporarily restored the sound. I overlooked this problem, but now, less than four years later, the screen has stopped working entirely. It lights up as if it's about to turn on, but then gets stuck, with no picture, before turning off again. Given that this is a Samsung product, I expected better quality. Unfortunately, it hasn’t been worth the price and has been quite disappointing.

Short Life
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ran great for 2 years but last night the screen just went black. I have another one in our house and I hope it doesn’t do the same thing. I purchased a Dagwood?(I think) it was two racks and lasted 10+ years.

Very disappointed with this Samsung- 50" class Q60
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchase this TV on December 6, 2020 and a few weeks ago a black/gray line horizontal stated to appeared and a few days ago the TV went completely out. A Samsung- 50" class Q60T series QLED 4K smart TV should last more than 3 years and 3 months. Samsung suppose to be a good product. All of my appliances are Samsung, I guess I'll be staying away from Samsung from now on. Hopefully the Electric stove I purchase in December of 2023 last more than this TV, we all know Samsung products cost a lot of money.

Just does not meet expectations
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm just going to be honest. I decided to return this television because it lacked key features that a television at this price point should have have. The colors looked washed out for an LED, there is no VRR and even with game mode on, this panel just seemed to lag. It was impossible to play games without vsync with out and I absolutely hated trying to play 4K games at 60fps on this panel. They seemed slow, and not just because of the low refresh rate. I really wanted a nice 4K television along side my RTX 3080 PC to experience 4K gaming. What I got though was a stuttering, puttering, experience no matter what I did, even with vsync it just seemed slow, I know it was running at 60 fps, but it didn't fee like it. I can't really explain, but this is no gaming panel, its fine for movies, but stay away if you want to it for your PS5, XSX, or 4K gaming rig.

Infinite power on/off, and lines across screen
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worst TV I have bought. Over the past 4 years it has developed horizontal lines that progressively got worse. Then, It decided to do an infinite power on/power off loop. Guessing it is a short in the board, but it would be too expensive to fix to be worth it.

Black Screen Of Death-Don't buy this TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This Samsung TV, less than two years old, has the 'black screen of death'. As a loyal Samsung product consumer, this TV has been a huge dis-service to the brand and me.

Worst experience
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I will NEVER buy another Samsung product again. This has been the worst customer experience I've ever experienced. I purchased this television to only find out after it failed that Samsung has a known issue with their backlit panels. I know this because the company Samsung uses to make their repairs told me it is a common problem they encounter. It has been over a month of trying to get it repaired and the only solution they have provided is to call back in another 14-15 business days to hear IF the part will be available. If not they told me I'm welcome to buy another tv.

Believe the negative reviews
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I didn’t pay a lot of attention to the negative reviews when purchasing. After 2 years of use, tv developed flashing lines on the screen but now 2.5 years later the tv turns on and off repeatedly! What a waste of money. It worked perfectly and then stopped. Not buying this brand of tv anymore.

Junk screen and power cycles continuously
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this TV is junk. It is exactly 3 years old and weve been dealing with it continuing to cycle off and on when trying to power on for a couple months. Ive done every reset and software update available and still nothing. It also developed horizontal lines all over the screen. Stay far away from this one.

Worst TV ever
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After just 2.5 years the TV is showing a black screen, delayed pictures, horizontal lines! Out of warranty @ 1yr. Samsung no help for repairs. I will not spend the money on another Samsung product and I would rate this no stars if I could. For those wishing to purchase Samsung, check on line warnings first.

Doesn’t have a remote! Booooooooo!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Whatever the price of this tv is for open box add on another $15-$30. We asked if everything would be in the box, and they were hesitant to answer, but they eventually said that everything would be in the box. We get home, put the TV on the wall. And realize that theres no remote to set up the TV. So we drive 30 mins to “Best” buy to get a replacement one. They said “we don’t have any of those” and pointed us to a remote made by insignia is that doesn’t have all the features of the OEM. And they still made us pay for it. If you’re selling a $500 Tv you best include the remote or at LEAST tell us that it doesn’t have one. Best Buy is a billion dollar company that doesn’t care about its customers. Might as well shop at Walmart. Where they actually have the products in stock that you want to buy.
