Good picture but everything else sucks
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Picture looks pretty good for the cost, but the OS on this TV is so frustratingly slow and unresponsive. The remote is probably the worst part of this TV. The volume and channel buttons are awful, I’m constantly muting the tv trying to change the volume. You even bump this remote and it completely takes you out of what you’re watching or shuts the tv off.

2. Run Device Care – This tool checks system memory, frees up cached data, and closes background apps that could be slowing things down: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
3. Cold boot your TV – With the TV powered on, press and hold the Power button on your remote for 5+ seconds until the TV restarts. This helps refresh the system.

The salesperson at The Lexington SC store made the purchase very easy! The only thing I would change(this is not BestBuy’s problem) is better and clearer setup directions. The picture descriptions were very confusing. It would be helpful with written instructions. YouTube was the only way I was able to setup the TV.

The salesman should have made this clear.
