The product itself is good. The issue i have is being told it would deliver on a specific date then getting a message it was delayed and would be another 3 weeks and then it showing up the day after it was supposed to origenially supposed. the fact that when you call customer service or the store itself your call goes out of the country to someone you cant understand and they cant understand you and really have no good answers for you. Bring you customer service back to the USA and deliver product when you say you are going to

A great picture with lots of apps , I added the Samsung HW-Q65C sound bar for surround sound . The only thing I wish was that I had room for a even larger TV . I have a older Sony that I loved but I like the Samsung even more .

This is my second Samsung TV purchase. This QLED 50 inch does not disappoint. I have a small area in my garage where I the tv fit perfectly. The screen quality is excellent. I need to purchase a soundbar, and I’m set.

Great TV and it was easy to set up. We had a Samsung prior and we wanted to stay with this brand. The Best Buy price was competitive and I liked that I could take it home with it.

My Samsung has a excellent and crisp picture the colors are vibrant most definitely worth the purchase
