Great TV, but needs a better remote. Remote is really small and doesn't have 'hot' buttons to take you directly to various streaming services. Picture quality is great, sound is also very good. Great tv for the price.

I like buying my TV’s & iMac from Best Buy. The Samsung 50” is all I expected it to be and more. I considered between QLED & OLED. For the $$$ difference The QLED met all my needs is why I purchased it.

Excellent TV and a great value. The picture definition is very good. The only thing I'd add is the sound isnt the best. I brought a sound bar and it made a huge difference.

Not too happy at first as the sound bar wasn't working BUT once I figured it out (my faut) I am now VERY happy with the TV. Great picture and everything works just fine.

I love the new tv it’s picture is so clear and sounds great compared to the Vizio tv I had.The whole process was fast and easy until I got to the store. Employee may have been new but no one was there to help her I felt bad there were 4 other employees walking around doing nothing and she had a line. Team work makes the dream work so they should have been helping out a little more.
