Especially for the price and size of the picture, thic was was and is an excellent deal. In the early days of operation, the learning curve for setting up stations you use most frequently is difficult. And perhaps, 100% so, the remote control could be, SHOULD BE, a good bit larger, and instructions of its use, clearer.

I like buying my TV’s & iMac from Best Buy. The Samsung 50” is all I expected it to be and more. I considered between QLED & OLED. For the $$$ difference The QLED met all my needs is why I purchased it.

I love the new tv it’s picture is so clear and sounds great compared to the Vizio tv I had.The whole process was fast and easy until I got to the store. Employee may have been new but no one was there to help her I felt bad there were 4 other employees walking around doing nothing and she had a line. Team work makes the dream work so they should have been helping out a little more.

Had my old Samsung for 16 years and so far my new one doesn’t disappoint. Beautiful picture and quality. And the help at the store was beyond appreciated and good.

I just took advantage of Best Buy's tremendous FREE electronics recycling program. Easy, fast and helpful. As a retired high school computer teacher over the years I had accumulated tons of electronics, printers, cables, etc.. best buy took them all. Thanks bestbuy.

Very nice product. Works well. Best But shipped it very quickly. Set up was easy ad all apps were able to be uploaded.

The Samsung TV was very easy to unbox, and set up. Once turned on, the picture was vibrant, crystal clear, and a great addition. Pricing was quite reasonable; and we couldn’t be any happier with this model.

Excellent TV and a great value. The picture definition is very good. The only thing I'd add is the sound isnt the best. I brought a sound bar and it made a huge difference.
