    Great TV and it was easy to set up. We had a Samsung prior and we wanted to stay with this brand. The Best Buy price was competitive and I liked that I could take it home with it.

    Tv is really nice and smooth. Only thing I don’t like it the remote. It’s too small and sensitive. If you just take the remote most of the time it changes something.

    Picture looks pretty good for the cost, but the OS on this TV is so frustratingly slow and unresponsive. The remote is probably the worst part of this TV. The volume and channel buttons are awful, I’m constantly muting the tv trying to change the volume. You even bump this remote and it completely takes you out of what you’re watching or shuts the tv off.

      2. Run Device Care – This tool checks system memory, frees up cached data, and closes background apps that could be slowing things down: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
      3. Cold boot your TV – With the TV powered on, press and hold the Power button on your remote for 5+ seconds until the TV restarts. This helps refresh the system.

    It’s a good TV. I’m not sure if I like the remote. You have to charge it. The remote can also be solar charged. Good thing is I can switch and use another remote.
