Great Buy -- Horrible Customer Service!

However, when it comes to customer service regarding delivery, I would never, ever purchase anything from you again. There was a mix up in the appointment with the Geek Squad and I have never been spoken to so rudely in my 80 years on this planet!!!!!!!!

Tv is good but remote is too small and sensitive!

I have problems getting local channels. I think the remote is a little confusing for me and as far as the picture goes, it’s OK.

To help you get the most from your TV, you can download the full e-Manual and more by visiting Samsung’s website then navigating to: Support > Manual & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can search for and select your Q7F TV model to view or download the available guides.
The e-Manual and Remote Control Guide are also conveniently built into your TV: Settings > Support > Tips and User Guides.
If your TV isn’t receiving all available channels, first check that your coaxial cable is securely connected. Then, try running Auto Program by going to: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Broadcasting > Auto Program.
If the issue persists, a factory reset may help: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Factory Data Reset.
Please also note:
• Broadcasting settings are only accessible when your source is set to TV.
• These settings are not available when watching TV via a cable or satellite box.
