I love this product. It took a while to get used to it, but I was able to use it easily.

The product itself is good. The issue i have is being told it would deliver on a specific date then getting a message it was delayed and would be another 3 weeks and then it showing up the day after it was supposed to origenially supposed. the fact that when you call customer service or the store itself your call goes out of the country to someone you cant understand and they cant understand you and really have no good answers for you. Bring you customer service back to the USA and deliver product when you say you are going to

A great picture with lots of apps , I added the Samsung HW-Q65C sound bar for surround sound . The only thing I wish was that I had room for a even larger TV . I have a older Sony that I loved but I like the Samsung even more .

This is my second Samsung TV purchase. This QLED 50 inch does not disappoint. I have a small area in my garage where I the tv fit perfectly. The screen quality is excellent. I need to purchase a soundbar, and I’m set.

Product quality is excellent and deliver was smooth and efficient. My only wish would have been that it was available with the same anti-glare/reflection suppression that the 65" came with.

I like buying my TV’s & iMac from Best Buy. The Samsung 50” is all I expected it to be and more. I considered between QLED & OLED. For the $$$ difference The QLED met all my needs is why I purchased it.

Needed a tv for a hotel room. It’s a nice size and fit where I needed it. Always able to get emergency items from BestBuy they always have everything in stock

This purchase was replacing our old Samsung TV. Thank goodness our old remote works with this smart TV. The remote that came with this TV is tiny, no number, couldn't even figure out how to adjust the volume. Not a TV for seniors.

Quite nice. A solid second TV for any house. The picture is clear although I wish the sound is louder without equipping with another sound bar/speaker.
