I love the new tv it’s picture is so clear and sounds great compared to the Vizio tv I had.The whole process was fast and easy until I got to the store. Employee may have been new but no one was there to help her I felt bad there were 4 other employees walking around doing nothing and she had a line. Team work makes the dream work so they should have been helping out a little more.

It is a real good purchase and the quality of the picture is really good. The hands on installation was very user friendly i had no problem programing, I would recommend this tv model to any and all of my friends in fact i am thinking about purchasing one for my mom. I would give this tv a 5 star rating.

This television was fantastic, but my picture might have been damaged during delivery because it had a red line on the screen.

This is a very good tv. It is my third Samsung, with two QLED's currently in use, and one older model retired after 17 years of reliable watching. It is quite smart and was easy to self install and connect to my streaming services. The picture is always great and the Best Buy price was as good as any that I found. Delivery was faster that promised.

The picture on this TV is great out of the box. Granted I don’t use the onboard OS much, it is easy to use and navigate.

Excellent picture quality and the television is definitely quality and I recommend purchasing this brand. So far no complaints.................... Definitely worth the money. Make sure to purchase an additional warranty. My flat screen on lasted about two years before I had to purchase another one.
