Overpriced

I bought it expecting to be amazed and for it to "just work". Too many imperfections for the price tag. Noise in over-the-air digital channels (e.g, NBC 1080i , Fox 720p, ABC 720p) had obnoxious jumping block letters, with white block text on commercials being the most notable. But also station logos constantly displayed in the corner of the screen during programming, e.g. CW channel, "dance" or "wiggle" continuously. I tried all of the settings, and nothing would clean it up. Sports didn't look very smooth regardless of settings. Colors were quite off, though I'm sure that if I got a professional tune it would clean it up. Finally, lots of stuttering in slow pans, e.g., a Roku screen saver that scrolls very slowly, showcases a very noticeable and thus obnoxious stuttering.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of your QN90C TV. To ensure you’ve got the latest image quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.
Go to Home > left direction button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
3. Eco: Provided to save energy
4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also fine-tune your picture with expert settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness and more (All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings).

However the amount I paid for this TV for the remote to not come with a charging cable is RIDICULOUS. Why would i spend almost 1300 dollars for the tv and not get a remote charger. The t.v. will not take commands from the remote. Changed batt same thing. Tried other samsung remote same thing. Sucks that best buy used me to do their dirty inspection work.

BEWARE!! SCREEN IS NOT ANTI GLARE!!

It reflects every single item in the room as if it were a mirror. In fact, it reflects a 100 times more than the old TV that I replaced and that one didn't have this so called anti-reflective feature. It's comical that they would have the nerve to actually state the anti glare as a feature in the description and say that you no longer have to turn lights off, etc. The system will not let me upload the photos I took. You would laugh if it did! Needless to say, it's probably going back.

Great TV. Deceptive sales practices.

But it then changed to an $80 delivery fee. A sales associate told me when I called to inquire about the discrepancy that it was out of the free delivery range. Even though online it said it wasn’t. Crutchfield has free delivery so that will be my go to business in the future. Sadly I was in a bind and bought the TV. It is a great TV but there was a lesson learned.

The third time to replace my TV. Great picture.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.it took three TVs and four times to get my TV replaced. I had two LG’s prior to that that didn’t work. Once they put on the base the LG it does something to the TV to keep it turned on so it goes on automatically. It woke me up at 2 PM 3 PM and 4 PM the first one after the third time I just unplugged it. This is my experience, I hope other people have not had that experience. Very frustrating.

I was thinking of purchasing a sound bar, the sound is so good I no longer need to. Dozens of built in viewing apps that I haven't had time to explore My only complaint, I like it so much, I wish I had purchased a larger one.

I like that it switches inputs automatically when I turn on a device. The picture quality is stunning. I can't comment on it's speakers as I don't use them, but it has optical sound output to maximize sound quality through my sound bar.

Samsung NeoQ LED 50”
