Terrible remote!!!

I'm sorry to hear of the remote issues you've had. Please know your QN90C TV - as well as the included SolarCell Remote - are still under a 1 Year Parts and Labor Manufacturer's Warranty, and you should not have to pay out-of-pocket for a replacement remote while still within your warranty.
