    Well, I knew exactly what I wanted and the salesman that I had was excellent and the TV was on sale and I applied for a Best Buy credit card and received $145 in gift cards which I will be using for geek squad

    Very pleased with this Samsung TV. Fast delivery! Easy setup of the smart tv format. Watching tv in literally mini minutes. Went with the Samsung flatscreen because of the great service of the Sansung of 20 years that it was replacing.

    The TV itself is great and I am very happy with it. However, buyer beware on open box "deals" from Best Buy!!! The listing was for "excellent condition" with the description stating all components included. The TV ONLY came with the stand base. The stand itself, the screws, the remote, the manual, and the warranty cards were all missing and cost more to replace than what I saved buying an open box item.
