I believe Samsung should design a one piece hangar that can reach studs 32 inches apart. The two piece is clever for leveling tv but janky to hang.

You have to pay for the good stuff. Or you can upload your own. Getting samsung tv free was a nice bonus.

We appreciate your thoughts on the picture quality of Samsung’s Frame TV. If the image you’re seeing isn’t to your liking, there are several picture settings you may want to adjust.
Go to Home > left direction button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
2) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
3) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
4) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also fine-tune your picture with expert settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness and more (All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings).

When I purchased the Frame TV I mentioned to the salesperson that I was so so happy I would no longer need a box as it was a “ smart” TV. I feel the salesperson should have let me know that the “box” is a necessity either recessed behind the Tv, mounted behind the TV or dangling off the side . I take some responsibility, but I wasn’t the salesperson!!

I'm sorry to hear of the misunderstanding regarding The Frame TV's One Connect Box. You may want to consider providing feedback directly to the Best Buy/Walmart store where you made your purchase.
The One Connect Box is required for use with The Frame TV, as it houses all input connections, as well as power. The One Connect Box allows you to connect your cable or satellite box or video game system to your TV without having any unsightly wires dangling from the TV. Your TV is connected to the One Connect Box with the One Invisible Connection – a translucent cable allowing you to place your TV accessories wherever works best for you

Only wanted it for art

It sucks that you must pay for the art and even if you use your photos or downloadyou have to get the ratio correct or it will not sit right in your frame but its still a cool tv

After about 6 months the remote started glitching. There are several things wrong with the remote but you can replace that with a universal remote. The TV starts running slow and takes forever to load things. We properly exit each app, and run the "health scan", or whatever it's called, 2-3 times per week. We got this TV for the anti glare aspect, that feature is wonderful. Nearly zero glare. But just about everything else is cumbersome. Not worth it. I wouldn't recommend and I wouldn't purchase it again.
