Best Buy twice sent us a 55 inch frame. Both were open boxes that had been sent to other customers, returned (their label was visible) and then sent to us. We explained to Best Buy after the first frame was delivered that the size was wrong and they ordered the wrong one again. Buying frame elsewhere.

Unfortunatly TV d/t safty consern we need to schedule return/exchange/delivery of thr new TV. Lower part of the TV geting very hot. Over heating on the “frame” standby mode. Have not find anyone mentioning this issue. Scheduling exchage and delivery under BB waranty is a bit production. You need to allocate two separate day to accomodate BB; one for TV removal, and separate for exchage and delivery/instalation of the new one. Hope yhus will help someone

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung Frame TV and for your review. Watching TV for an extended period of time causes the panel to generate heat. The heat from the panel is dissipated through internal vents running along the top of the TV. The bottom, however, may feel hot to the touch after extended use. This heat, however, is not a defect and does not affect the TV's functionality.

You have to see it in person to really understand how realistic the art mode looks. In the right lighting conditions, you'd have to know that it's a TV to be able to tell that it's actually a TV. The Picture quality for normal TV use is also great. I'd appreciate if the TV came with a in-wall rated cable out of the box though.

We appreciate you sharing your experience with your Frame TV. To assist in learning the various functions, please know you can download your TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website under Support > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can select The Frame TV under Lifestyle TVs > B Model Lineup to download the guides you would like. The e-Manual is also embedded into the TV itself under Menu > Settings > Support > Open e-Manual.
