Great when the box works

So much so, that we have had a technician repair it numerous times and now we are five months out of warranty - the box is not working well again. I would advise ONLY buying this product with an extended warranty. Samsung customer service is not great and we have not found this TV really reliable.

Phenomenal TV

The $40 a year subscription service to the art package transforms the ugly black blank space of a TV into a revolving trove of the worlds masterpieces. After a month we are still discovering new ways to love it. Also, the super long and incredibly thin power cable makes concealing it a breeze and the hundreds of free Samsung live channels are priceless.
