Does NOT display iPhone photos easily

Simply not true. Best Buy brought this out, hung it on the wall, and left. If you want to use it as a regularlv, there are much less expensive options. And if you want to use it to display photos, it is VERY DIFFICULT to get photos on it, and they then are NOT sized appropriately, such that it is unusable. I had to have Best Buy come back and take it way and issue a 100% refund. total waste of time and effort and money.

Seriously disappointed

Went into Best Buy to get help with no luck. Everyone was busy playing on their phones. Called and placed on hold for 20 min then transferred 2 to only have the call dropped saying due to technical difficulty they couldn’t answer my call. 1800.00 purchase that’s unacceptable

I'm sorry to hear of the confusion regarding what's included with The Frame TV. Although a charging cable isn't included for the Solar Cell remote, please know the remote can easily be charged by sunlight from a window, ambient light from light bulbs, or from your 2.4Ghz band on your Wi-Fi router.
To address the remote issues you've mentioned, please first reset your remote by pressing and holding Return and Enter (the center of the navigation pad) for more than 10 seconds. After resetting, you'll need to pair the remote to the TV again. To pair, stand within 1 foot of your TV, and press the Return and Play/Pause buttons simultaneously for at least 5 seconds or until a message appears on your TV indicating that the remote is now connected.
If the remote is still not charging:
1. Unplug the TV for 30 seconds, and plug it back in.
2. Try moving closer to the TV and re-pairing.
3. Check to see if your remote is charged. You can check remaining battery by going to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > Available Remote Battery.
4. Check for available firmware updates on your TV. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

If you have this setup for a slideshow the transition time needs to be longer than the sleep time otherwise the TV will never go dark when no movement or activity is noticed.

1) Please make sure both devices are connected to the same local network. The phone and TV must be connected to the same network as your router to be discovered by the app.
2) Refresh the device using the SmartThings app. From the Devices tab, swipe down to refresh the device list.
3) Delete and re-add the device on the SmartThings app.
4) Also, please make sure both your TV and SmartThings app are running the latest updates.

All gimmick, TERRIBLE television

The 10 year old Vizio I replaced had FAR better picture quality. The picture "auto" settings cannot be turned off, no matter how many times I shut them off, or how many YouTubes I watch. The TV sets itself to being so dim, it's fully unwatchable. DO NOT BUY!!! You're buying the stupid "changing art" gimmick, not a good TV. This thing is awful. I work in TV -- people keep coming over and laughing at it. Stay away!

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of your Frame TV. To ensure you’ve got the latest image quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
If the image is still too dim, please try disabling some of the TV's energy efficiency functions, as these will automatically adjust your picture and may cause your screen to appear brighter or darker than preferred. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > turn off Brightness Optimization, Brightness Reduction, and Motion Lighting
You may also want to try adjusting image settings to improve your picture. Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
2) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
3) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
4) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also customize the brightness level of your screen between 0 – 50 to your preference. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings

Bad remote

You cannot go fro CNN TO ESPN or from a baseball game to a basketball game with one touch. Totally stupid by samsung to not be able to jump back and foeth. SONY makes it so easy, what was Samsung thinking? You have to scroll channel to channel.

Wall mount hardware is cheap

Perfect for my needs.

Definitely not the quality I was expecting from a Samsung TV, especially this highly anticipated style of tv.

Missing Parts
