The fact that this is one of the few on the market that will display in portrait or landscape (automatically) is great for entry ways, calendars in an office, or for rolling videos and more made it the simple multi use investment. When I upgrade my next home television, this will be it.

It takes turning it off twice to actually be off. Also not a fan that you have to pay a subscription for the wallpapers.

It's rather interesting that the art stays on while someone is in the room, and turns off when we leave.

Wall mount is poorly designed and TV does NOT sit flat against the wall and has a slight tilt. Simple engineering fix for this but clearly the tilt was by design. The TV's interface is horrible compared to other brands. There are forced ads and apps on the home screen that you cannot remove. The screen emits a clear LED glow (even at night) and has a red light on the exterior of the frame in the lower right. I'm shocked that anyone has ever said this fools people in to thinking it is real artwork. Picture quality is 3/5 compared to other TV's at the price point. Not thrilled but not disappointed.

Thank you for sharing your experience with wall mounting The Frame TV. When mounted with the Slim Fit Wall Mount, it’s designed to sit flush against the wall. A small gap between the wall and TV may occur if wall is not 100% flat or is constructed off-angle to the floor or if installed incorrectly.
To ensure you’ve got the latest image quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.
Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
2) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
3) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
4) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also fine-tune your picture with expert settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness and more (All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings).
