The store was clean, the staff was friendly, and they treated me very well. As for the product, I’m a big Samsung fan, and the quality is truly impressive.

Then an very easy payment process. And then help with putting into car. I have bought all my TVs (7) at Best Buy.

She’s used to the Roku style menus and had a hard time adjusting. Ended up returning to get a Roku tv. Also, the screen kept going gray in the middle of a show or a movie.

Would've been nice to know the extra tidibits that I could have used to enjoy the full experience of this new TV, i.e. extra HDMI cable, soundbar. Sales person was very knowledgeable and didn't do any pressure up-selling; made it calming.
