It was a great find for a great price. I hated the delivery though. The 3rd party company and Bestbuy need better communication.

Wonderful tv beautiful picture and easy to operate

The picture quality is sharp and vibrant, with excellent color and brightness. Sound quality is surprisingly good for a flat TV, and setup was quick and easy.

This is the perfect size Smart TV at a great sale price. The picture clarity and color is fantastic- Audio is great too. It was easy to set up- only thing the remote is a bit confusing. Otherwise very satisfied with this purchase.

Screen looks great for all the TV shows and Movies I watch. Work well for some casual couch gaming. Colors are pretty good for the price.

The tv is a great choice. It is very easy to install. The resolution and the picture are super clear with vibrant colors.

Used for a dorm for my son/roommates and they love it! The picture is bright and godd quatity. This TV is being put through the test as football is now underay. We have a coupe of the Crystal UHD's and have been very satified. The servivce at BB also deserves a shout, we are always satisified.

Pros: -A lot of screen for a good price -Picture quality Cons: -Audio is a bit off, voice tends to be lower and everything else is way too loud. -The remote is not responsive. Sometimes if you take the batteries out, and put it back in, it lags a bit less. Overall, happy with the purchase!

It has a beautiful picture. The sound is okay, but a little sound bar will solve that problem. I love the fact that the whole system is controlled by the Smart tv inside. I didn't have to do anything to either enhance or correct. I don't use any other television but Samsung. I now need at least a 55" LOL

A television that fulfilled my expectations, clear image, easy to install, an easy to install adjustment system, 10/10, I will soon buy another one to put in a room that I will make for video games.

This is a great TV for a workout room to replace an older Phillips TV. It starts up fast and the picture on it is amazing. The price was more than fair. So far so good.

For the price, it is a good choice! The tv is great, but the remote is not suitable for my elderly mom, she's 74 and fusses about it often. I am seeking an alternative remote for her. I dislike it as well, idk if it is specific apps or the remote itself, but occasionally it just doesn't work.

A good tv for the price. This was purchased for primarily use with an Apple TV device. It works well but so far I haven’t been able have the TV automatically switch to the Apple TV on activation. Not a deal breaker. The picture quality is very good. The sound from the TV is ok. Nothing special but that’s to be expected. I use headphones mostly with this setup.

Good tv works great just don’t loose the remote there’s no buttons

The sound is perfect and the image is excellent, I like the contrast and the definition.

Excellent picture. The price is amazing for a 50" TV. Easy set up. If you have samsung at home and samsung at RV park you can connect your service. Amazing. A lot of free channels with Samsung Plus TV.
