    This Tv was very difficult to set up, if I could I would take it back and buy a Toshiba , does not have have enough USB ports to set up additional equipment, if i knew this would had never purchased, volume is terrible, picture quality is normally, nothing special, my cheaper tv is better quality then this purchase.

      If the volume on your Samsung TV seems too low, we recommend checking for firmware updates: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now.

      Then, go to: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Mode and try Amplify to boost dialogue and upper tones.

      To maintain consistent volume across channels and apps, enable Auto Volume under: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On.

    Remote does not include voice control.

    I did not realize this TV's remote did not include voice control. It recommends you use an app, but there is a subscription fee for the app, or they say you can purchase another remote, but you must have voice control programming (I have Alexa access). The set up was way too complicated and kept trying to lead you to things you did not want. the picture and sound are good but so are other easier to set up and use TVs. Buyer beware if you or others in your family use voice control on your remote.

    This TV came broken, so hard to do this review accurately. I called corporate and they said I ether. Take the TV back to BB or UPS. I just had surgery that’s why I needed the delivery. I cannot drive for 2 months. She said I needed to ask a family member to return. WHAT !!!??.

    Broken on delivery

    I purchased a TV and did not open it until after 15 days as that was when it was being installed. When opened the screen was broken and Best Buy would not allow a return. Referred me to Samsung customer support to access the warranty. Samsung would not repair as claimed it was outside of warranty. I paid $140 for the tv and neither the store or manufacturer would allow a return and replace. Poor service and horrible experience

    NEVER BUY SAMSUNG

    This tv stopped working 3 weeks after purchase. It was outside the return window so we had to deal with Samsung directly. They said the damage wasnt covered by warranty. This was turned on only twice.
