Bought a beautiful tv. Check out was fabulous a young man in training was so cheerful and seemed to enjoy his job. So I’m thankful for the help!

The store was clean, the staff was friendly, and they treated me very well. As for the product, I’m a big Samsung fan, and the quality is truly impressive.

The remote that came with the TV is very basic and a challenge to do simple task like increasing and decreases volume. If you have another Samsung remote use it.

She’s used to the Roku style menus and had a hard time adjusting. Ended up returning to get a Roku tv. Also, the screen kept going gray in the middle of a show or a movie.

Good TV, terrible remote

My only complaint is the remote. It is extremely annoying. You often have to push the button several times to get it to perform a function, like turning the sound off or on. Other times it is hypersensitive & jumps ahead. I miss having numbers to indicate what channel you want.

Very easy to turn on and off. I'm very impressed. Installation of TV (connected to AT&T) was done excellently. Installer was very cooperative. I'm very satisfied with my wife's purchase for me.
