    This Tv was very difficult to set up, if I could I would take it back and buy a Toshiba , does not have have enough USB ports to set up additional equipment, if i knew this would had never purchased, volume is terrible, picture quality is normally, nothing special, my cheaper tv is better quality then this purchase.

    I had to return the tv because it had no AV hookups and I have DVD machines and movies that I like to watch. That was a disappointment.Needed TV with AV hookups.

    Tv is great. Got it delivered and they had some third party company deliver it. Picked it up at 1 pm on Sunday and drove around Nashville with it all day. Didn’t decide to deliver it till 12 am at NIGHT. Mind you temp out side with mid 20s, and the dumbahh delivery driver thought it was a great idea to leave outside at night in that weather. Thank goodness I was up and could go get it, but how ridiculous. I’ll never order from Best Buy again.

    Constant green screens on content, but not commercials. Makes no sense. Sound drop out. Have to hard reset it everyday. It’s pretty well know that these lower entry level tvs have cheap electrical boards that fail. Hoping to get a refund or exchange. It was fine for the most part for 2-3 weeks. Now at week 7 and it’s everyday.

      Start by changing the Picture Mode: Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode

    Still haven't received it after 3 weeks

    I ordered this tv online on black friday, it is now December 19 and I have yet to receive it evem though I have been charged. It says the shipping label has been created so I can't cancel the order. I went into Best Buy and talked to the service deak. They called the distribution center and someone called me back about 3 hours later to confirm my shippimg address. That was a week ago, and still nothing!

    Awful service and no product to review

    I would love to review this but you cancelled the delivery and I never got my item. I got a text it was to be delivered, got one it had been loaded on the truck. Got one to lock up dogs and make sure the area was well lit. Then after 30 minutes I got a text that the delivery was cancelled. I called and the phone person could give me no information and offered a refund within 7-10 days. Awful service with no follow up except to review an item I never got. I’m sure I’ll get a quick response to this. Done with you guys and that’s from a guy that has shopped there 20+ years

    Broken on delivery

    I purchased a TV and did not open it until after 15 days as that was when it was being installed. When opened the screen was broken and Best Buy would not allow a return. Referred me to Samsung customer support to access the warranty. Samsung would not repair as claimed it was outside of warranty. I paid $140 for the tv and neither the store or manufacturer would allow a return and replace. Poor service and horrible experience

    I didn't even want to give it one star because I picked out the TV inside the store and washed in DC they decided to send me a city all the way from Waldorf that was cracked and also had to wait an additional 24 hours

    This TV came broken, so hard to do this review accurately. I called corporate and they said I ether. Take the TV back to BB or UPS. I just had surgery that’s why I needed the delivery. I cannot drive for 2 months. She said I needed to ask a family member to return. WHAT !!!??.
