Extremely dispappointed in Samsung and Warranty

I purchased this TV less than two months ago, and it quickly developed horizontal lines across the screen. Samsung’s own Self Diagnosis Picture Test failed, confirming a hardware defect. Despite this, resolving the issue has been unnecessarily frustrating. Even with clear evidence of a defective panel on a nearly new TV, I was required to go through repeated troubleshooting steps and now must wait for an in-home technician visit just to confirm what is already obvious. I requested an advanced replacement to avoid downtime, but was told that wasn’t possible at this stage. For a brand-new TV, this process feels unreasonable and outdated. A modern electronics company should stand behind its products and make replacements simple when defects are confirmed. I expected better from Samsung, and unfortunately this experience ensures I won’t be purchasing another Samsung TV again.

Samsung budget tv not worth it

Picture quality just ok. My fire tv i purchased from best buy blows this one away.. if youre going to go Samsung route, its best to purchase th$1200-$1700 version

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. If your U7900 TV's internal memory is insufficient, you can install some specific apps on a USB device. You can also remove select apps you no longer want and free up memory space on your TV.
We also recommend running a Cold boot on the TV. With the TV on, press and hold the power button on your Samsung remote for about 5 seconds, until the TV powers off and back on again. This clears the cache.
If the image doesn’t quite match your preferences, there are several adjustments you can make to better suit your viewing environment and content type.
First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

Go to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving, then turn off Brightness Optimization, Energy Saving Solution, Motion Lighting, and/or Contrast Enhancer.

Not worth the price

Picked it up at 1 pm on Sunday and drove around Nashville with it all day. Didn’t decide to deliver it till 12 am at NIGHT. Mind you temp out side with mid 20s, and the dumbahh delivery driver thought it was a great idea to leave outside at night in that weather. Thank goodness I was up and could go get it, but how ridiculous. I’ll never order from Best Buy again.

Awful service and no product to review

I got a text it was to be delivered, got one it had been loaded on the truck. Got one to lock up dogs and make sure the area was well lit. Then after 30 minutes I got a text that the delivery was cancelled. I called and the phone person could give me no information and offered a refund within 7-10 days. Awful service with no follow up except to review an item I never got. I’m sure I’ll get a quick response to this. Done with you guys and that’s from a guy that has shopped there 20+ years

Still haven't received it after 3 weeks

It says the shipping label has been created so I can't cancel the order. I went into Best Buy and talked to the service deak. They called the distribution center and someone called me back about 3 hours later to confirm my shippimg address. That was a week ago, and still nothing!

Stay away

Have to hard reset it everyday. It’s pretty well know that these lower entry level tvs have cheap electrical boards that fail. Hoping to get a refund or exchange. It was fine for the most part for 2-3 weeks. Now at week 7 and it’s everyday.
