This TV is being put through the test as football is now underay. We have a coupe of the Crystal UHD's and have been very satified. The servivce at BB also deserves a shout, we are always satisified.

The sound is okay, but a little sound bar will solve that problem. I love the fact that the whole system is controlled by the Smart tv inside. I didn't have to do anything to either enhance or correct. I don't use any other television but Samsung. I now need at least a 55" LOL

You get what you pay for

There are just too many guides and apps and the tv clearly prioritizes its own proprietary app and partner apps over any others. The only reason this isn’t a one star is the resolution itself is pretty nice, and for the price you could do worse. Just know you get what you pay for: a smart tv that’s constantly advertising and nudging you to use whoever paid them the most

It was very easy to setup and on screen navigation is simple. The only downside is it takes a little time to get use to the remote control but love the TV.

This TV is a great size especially for my bedroom and the picture is very clear. I have had this TV for a few months now and have not had any issues with the picture quality or sound. I got this TV on sale, but this was a great purchase overall I recommend this TV.
