Had no problem with purchasing the Samsung TV. Your salesperson was courteous and helpful. He actually showed us an upgrade for the same price. We purchased the up grade and are completely satisfied with it.

Great budget TV. Picture is great. Side view is not as good as the much more expensive OLED TVs but that wasn't needed where we're using it anyway.

The customer service was excellent. The young man that helped me was very helpful and even carried my television to my car and loaded it for me. The television itself is great! Great purchase, great price.

Was looking for a new 50 inch flat screen because are old one stopped working, was shopping around and came across this one, checked it out and bought it and it works great, picture is awesome , sound is ok will end up getting a sound bar, but overall this is great!!

TV great so far but a customer should be given a owners manual to look up picture adjustment etc.

TV has great picture. Samsung was helpful in setting up with my cable connection. Do have to use 2 remotes to switch to Amazon Prime or Netflix … guess it is time to ditch cable and stream

Overall, the smarts on this tv are good but not greater. My disappointment is the response time in switching between streaming apps and viewing selections. In my opinion the tv needs more ram and possibly a processor upgrade. I replaced a 10+ year old Samsung Smart tv with this tv. The old tv’ s response and navigation was better.

This is a pretty solid TV good picture and decent sound quailty for less than 300 dollars

Love the color and the Sound and most of all it's a Samsung!!
