Good TV for my needs

Thank you for sharing your experience with your U8000F TV. Samsung’s accessibility features Learn TV Remote and Learn Menu Screen are designed to help users get familiar with the remote and menu layout – without affecting normal TV operation.
• Learn TV Remote: Pressing any button (except Power) will announce the button name and function, helping users learn their location and purpose. Enable via: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Learn TV Remote; Exit by pressing the Return key twice.
• Learn Menu Screen: As you navigate your TV menus, the TV will announce each menu item and its function - without applying any changes. Enable via: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Learn Menu Screen; Exit by pressing the Return key twice.

Disappointed

It's awful.... Can't watch it because the mouth is not with the words. Please advise.

Damage

The first one I bought was damaged. I went to the store to return the item as I bought a damaged TV, I was accused of damaging it myself. After about 30 mins I was defeated and said I would purchase another TV and call corporate another day as it was almost closing time but insisted they check the TV before I took it home. The manager stated I needed to pay before they even checked it, which I did. That TV was also damaged! Only then did the manager agree to return the original TV and exchange the second. Thankfully the third TV was not damaged and I was able to leave with the TV after being at the store for over an hour and being embarrassed by the manager.

Great tv

Really unfortunate there is no Multiview for this model. Also have a hiccup where my samsung remote turns on/off both my tv and monitor.
