    Broken screen

    I would give this TV a zero if I could. So my TV arrived in a perfect box with no damage whatsoever anywhere on the box, not even as much as a little scrape or dent or anything. So when I opened up the box and pulled the TV out, the whole entire screen was coming off of the back of the TV and it was all scratched up. So I looked at some reviews and apparently a whole lot of people are having the same problem, receiving this television with broken screens. Not only that but this whole entire television just has a very super cheap feel to it. It's light as a feather for a reason, it's a piece of crap. So I had to pay an extra $100 to rent a car so I could return the TV back to Best Buy because they wouldn't come and pick it up.

    Tv initially worked great until a line appeared, tried to take it back the same day and was denied return stating that it was intentional damage to yhe screen. I will never purchase from Best Buy again with there 15 day policies on Televisions.

    Returned TV to store after one week! Told by Best Buy " Yea we are getting a lot of these back." Difficult to 'set up' using on screen prompts, 'UHD' picture gives me a headache, sound tinny, no headphone jack for a my soundbar.

    Recieved Broken and Severely Cracked

    Title says it all, should've known that because it was the last in the store that people could've been returning it faulty/broken, and it was a constant return/replace item. I don't know what else to say, but I'll definitely be looking for a different TV with more of it in-stock. For those who want to buy this TV know that the build of it is severely thin and flimsy, which is probably the cause for the cracked screen, etc. I'd say look for something with more protection, or better and thicker material. Atleast they gave me a full refund.

    Very poor picture know color the TV that Best Buy show on display inside the store had more color the TV that was delivered to me totality different from the display a real real rip off try to contact someone at customer service. It took so long on the phone.

    I purchased this item during the black Friday sale. First day, I was unimpressed by the resolution. Screen seem to bright. Second day, the screen became red. I promptly returned it for a refund.

    Flimsy piece of junk. Even Best Buy doesn’t stand behind it. Less than 90 days old and the remote control doesn’t interact with tv. No user guide to help reset. Terrible!!

      1. Check the Remote’s Batteries: If you haven’t already, try replacing the batteries with new ones and confirm they’re inserted correctly.
      2. Check IR Functionality: Use your phone’s camera to look for a flashing light at the front of the remote when pressing a button. If you see it, the IR signal is working.
      3. Enable Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC): If the connected device supports HDMI-CEC, the TV remote can control it. To enable Anynet+: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > External Device Manager > Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) = On

    What kind of idiot pastes a sticker ON THE TV SCREEN that is impossible to remove???

      Thank you for sharing your experience, and we're sorry for any confusion surrounding the screen on your Samsung TV. We understand it may look like the barcode sticker is applied directly to the display, but it’s actually attached to a protective film covering the screen.

      When a screen film is included, it’s usually marked with an orange pull tab in one of the corners, along with a small illustration showing how to remove it safely. In some cases, the film may not have a tab - but you’ll still find a barcode sticker applied to it.

      To remove the film, place a piece of tape on one corner, press firmly, and gently lift. The protective layer should begin to peel away with the sticker still attached.
