Great system for 1st timers

Samsung sound bar with woofer.

Returning for a different one I had the 2.1 Insignia was great but when I lost electric for 4 day's the sound bar was fine but the woofer would not come on.

Didn't last long

We had it about 10 months when it stopped working. I called Samsung warranty service, they asked me to send it back and said they would email me a shipping label. I thought it's a bummer to find a box, but at least Samsung will pay the shipping. Nope! The shipping label is just an address, I'm on the hook to ship it back to them. Seems to me if your product fails during the warranty period you should bear the cost of shipping it back for service.
