We bought this open box.I have bought many things open box before but would think twice after this purchase.It is as if this unit was used in the store because the speakers in the unit appear to be blown.I would have thought the product would have been tested before they put it on the floor for sale.I would always recommend Samsung just not open box.

Great sound bar!!! Pairs easily to multiple devices

I really like almost everything about this soundbar and woofer. But for the price there is one HUGE flaw.... depending on the day, the Bluetooth woofer connection goes in and out constantly. Watching one football game the woofer will go in and out 30-50 times. And it changes the sound so it's completely distracting and noticeable. I've looked everywhere for a resolution, and all I've found are other complaints with this model but no solutions. There are no consistencies... it's random, some days it's fine, some days it's a mess. But at least a few times a week it just won't stay connected for more than a minute and just in and out. Ive tried different connections and reset it over and over... Starting to wonder if this is a defective product :(

This sound bar has nice sound. It was easy to set up.

We recently purchased a new TV. We had blown the speakers we used to project the sound from our old TV. This sound bar provides the loudness and depth you need while watching a movie, without worrying about blowing speaker. It was very affordable, middle of the road in price range for sound bars.

sound is not great unless its quite loud which is difficult when others are in the house

Watched Star Wars with sound bar and our home TV was just like the movies. Great Sound. Why Samsung put such lousy speakers on their big tv/s facing backwards is beyond me. I guess they were making a market for their soundbar. The sound bar gave me back my home theater I had before.

This unit's bass module must be set at the highest volume to be audible at all.

I bought this sound bar for my apartment because I wanted something small and won't wake my downstairs neighbor. It has great sound, I haven't even used it to its full potential. Also I like the interface blends in with the speaker. Goes great with my Samsung tv. I got it on sale, worth the money.

i did not have good luck with this item the bluetooth feature did not work
