We are very pleased with the Samsung TV as well as with our purchase experience at Best Buy. The sales personnel at Best Buy were friendly and informative without being pushy. I had done my research prior to entering the store. I pretty much knew what I wanted, but I also wanted to know whether there were alternatives I should consider. I learned the alternatives were 2 to 3 times the cost and I didn't want to go there. The delivery experience was less than ideal. One of the delivery people entered our home with filthy shoes and left a reminder behind on the carpet with no apologies. The TV performs as expected. I did my homework on rtings.com. I knew the few shortcomings of the TV and I knew the price-point. You won't get a Bentley for the price of a Chevy.

Third time is the charm. I love this TV! I recently wanted to upgrade the size of the TV in my living room and started a quest for a 55 inch TV . I started with the LG 55 inch 4K TV, but was not impressed with the picture quality and ended up returning it. Next, I got an Insignia 55 inch with no bells or whistles. You get what you pay for with this model. The picture was horrible no matter how much you tweek the picture settings. This too went back. Last but not least, I bought the Samsung 55 inch smart TV. The picture quality of this TV is awesome, and I'm happy with its features. The only downside is the smart hub is very slow to start up, but once you know this you can plan ahead and it really isn't an issue. I would highly recommend this product.
