I enjoy the picture quality of whatever you are watching and the size is perfect. The volume is good and for a smart tv the apps work fine but Youtube does have loading issues here and there. Other than that I love everything about the tv and what it has to offer.

Have had it for a few months now and very satisfied with the picture and it was very easy to assemble and connect to internet. Speakers are not what some people would like but are adequate for general viewing. Will probably get a sound bar later. Price was very good.

Samsung is the best. This TV replaced an older model of a 55 inch TV. I wanted Amazon video and built in wifi with a quad core processor (which my old TV didn't have). My only complaint is the base; it does not swivel, but you couldn't ask for a better picture

I purchased this TV for use Commercially and am happy with the quality. I've also purchased same one in the past. Dependable good quality picture, no problems. For home viewing though I recommend the Samsung 55" LED model 2160p 4K Ultra HD TV as a better value. Using now, very good picture and not paying much more on the price.

I love the color, the size, I love that it's so loud even when the volume really isn't that high. Very happy with my tv. If that wasn't enough, Best buy employees price matches for me and explained all details of insurance for tv very wonderful customer service.

This TV is great, the price was great, and the online purchasing experience was great! The delivery schedule was right on time and the delivery team set up our tv and took away the packaging. They were courteous and helpful. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Highly recommended. This is a great tv. I originally bought a LG but wasn't satisfied. Returned it and bought the Samsung. The quality, picture, sound from tv speakers and everything else is better.

We purchased 3 of these for our company. They are all installed on TV carts with wheels for easy mobility. We have used these as monitors for laptops via HDMI cables, and they work very well. I would have rated them 5 stars, but we found that they are a little slow when we have used them on the internet via their built-in apps.

This TV has an awesome picture and sound. The only thing negative thing I can say is that the stand it sits on is somewhat weak. For a TV of this size, a 55 inch, it should have a support stand on each end of the tv, not just one single stand in the middle. If the support stand was better, I would give it 5 stars.

Great picture quality only thing is the Sound is lower than my older Samsung. Have to adjust the audio much higher than before. Not sure if smaller speakers, or if just not as good. Tried the Internet Browsing but it is much more difficult than doing on a desktop or laptop, really need to use wireless keyboard, and mouse with it.

Great TV, I love the Samsung brand! I own Samsung everything, and can control it all via my Samsung phone, including my new TV. Great picture, good preset apps, i do however wish that I could download additional apps like uke Starz. Right now i just stream it from my phone to theTV, other than that everything is awesome!

Easy to operate and get on the web. A slower internet connection gets frustrating, but the tv works you through it and troubleshoots for you. Good picture and wonderful settings to adjust it to make it fit your life. I recommend it. A good product.

I have never purchased a flat screen TV by myself. The sales person was so patient and explained what a great deal it was. What clenched the sale was when I asked him if he would sell it to his mother and he said definitely. I really like dealing with people like him.

This is my first smart TV and am loving all the features of the Samsung. I own mostly Samsung products and works effortlessly with them. I do wish it had built in Bluetooth so that I could sync with my home speakers. Other than than I am tickled with this TV.

I was looking for a new tv. I thought I would have to settle for a 50" and a brand that would not be my first choice, but thanks to best buy and the best prices, including a sale, I was able to get a Samsung 55" and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. Great TV.

We have always purchased Samsung products and have never had an issue. This tv is being used for watching videos and Netflix and was chosen in part because of past experience but also because of the price in this case. Overall very pleased with our purchase.

It was the first high def tv I ever purchased. The picture quality is excellent. The salesman was also very helpful since we did not know very much about this television. We came to the store with the intent of buying a 50 inch tv. I'm glad we went with the 55 incn

The tv we currently have is the second tv. The first tv had a bad connection somewhere internally the picture kept blanking off and on. It would also intermittently make a loud static noise. We returned the tv within the 30 day period and it was exchanged for a new one. The store employees were very happy to do it for us.

I bought this TV in October,2015. Today it won't power on. So while for the last two years, I would have given this TV 5 stars, today I can't. It was responsive to use with its streaming apps, which I used frequently. It had decent sound quality, but I did have a soundbar hooked up to supplement. The remote was easy to use. Overall, it was a great TV - until it wasn't. So unless you like to toss out TV's after only 2 years or buy the geek plans, I don't recommend this one. If you do like to buy the plans, you better get the 5 year plan. The 2 year would have missed the mark by 2 months. I gave it three stars for being a good TV, but deducted the other two for it's short life span.
