I bought a Sony 4K tv and even though the tv was superior to this Samsung tv I felt that the Sony picture quality just wasn't there, and if you like me are somewhat bothered by 4K then the "old" 1080P is just fine. I like how the tv is simple and easy to use and the smart hub makes it easy to find your apps.

Great price for a great tv. picture is a very good quality and I very happy with it. You can browse the internet and it has Netfix and other apps already on it so you only need the one remote. I would recommend and I would for sure by again.

we upgraded from 32 incentives to 55 so this was a plus from the get go. The first tv was damaged out of the box and best buy exchanged it. The new TV is Great! We did do a sound bar but it was okay without it to....just crisper sound with the bar.

The panel in my LG TV went out (bought in 2014). Luckily I had the 5-year Geek Squad Protection Plan. It covered the replacement. My new Samsung TV was delivered on 2/6/18. I am loving it! Very easy to maneuver the Smart Hub, etc.

The overall quality of this television is great! The volume level is nice. I didn't have to purchase a sound bar. I enjoy the quality of the HD, a nice crisp picture. I am happy that I made the purchase. The setup was easy. I only needed help lifting.

I had a house fire and needed to replace all my electronics. I have to say this TV is great! The graphics and sound are excellent and I love the smart tv features. nothing bad to say I think Samsung is always a good choice when it comes to tvs

We love it. The price was fantastic & it was so easy to set up and program even without any help from our kids (they were shocked). I guess even after 60 we can still go "hi-tech"! Such a beautiful picture from sitting anywhere in our den!

I have five of these Samsung TV's of the same model. LED with no other frills like 3D/4D etc. Love the picture. Sound is as bad as all the flat screens, but a Bose system perks that right up as does the Samsung sound bars.. Great TV for the price!

Samsung television products are the best. This is the third Samsung TV I've purchased and I love it. It's lightweight so easy to move and the picture is crystal clear. Additionally, it works well with my Samsung sound bar and blueray player.

I bought a Samsung Smart 4k 55' TV and a Samsung 45' TV for.....wait for it "$749.89"! I was kinda scared because the boxes were open but something just told me to buy them, and DOES MY LOVE THEM! So now I go straight for the open box products

SAMSUNG MAKES GREAT TV'S. THIS WAS A EASY SET UP TO INSTALL A DVD PLAYER AND SET UP THE CHANNELS. I JUST WISH THEY HAD A SET OF THE OLDER YELLOW, RED AND WHITE PORTS TO HOOK UP A VCR TO THE TV. ONE MORE HDMI PORT WOULD HAVE BEEN GOOD ALSO.

The gentleman who assisted me while purchasing this item was very knowledgeable of the products he was showing me and if he was unsure he promptly took the necessary steps to find the answer for the questions not once did he say he doesn't know

Purchased this TV and really like it. The picture quality is very good and the energy savings compared to my old plasma is significant. Easy to navigate through basic features, but I haven't used any of the "smart" features yet. Sound quality could be better, but I guess that's what adds to the sound bar market.

Great TV for the money. Easy set up. Software was easily updated once connected to my WiFi. A few glitches have occurred. TV goes to a black screen (screen saver) mode while watching for only a short time. Have to press the source button on the remote to get back to what you are watching.

I am loving my new Samsung HDTV. Was very easy to set up and has a tutorial in the menu to help with any questions that you may have. There is always the GEEK Squad to contact should you have any questions or tech problems.

It has been a great experience buying this Samsung 55' tv from Best buy. Just to cover myself with any unfortunate event which may requires a repair or replacement, I have purchased a 5yr plan as well. Overall this tv is working great.

I love the picture on this TV. I've always had good luck with Samsung TV's. I also like the base that holds this TV up. It's very sturdy. I bought the TV at Christmas time and I'm very pleased with my purchase!

t's equally adept in bright and dark rooms, showed accurate color, and looks better from off-angle than any LED LCD. Its 1080p resolution is plenty for a 55-inch screen. The TV looks striking in person. Overall, It is a great experience

I'm a big fan of Samsung products and this television was no exception. In my opinion the picture quality is fantastic. The app store is limited but that doesn't take away from the television unless you purchased it for that. Setup was a breeze.

It isn't 4K but so little content is now I wouldn't let that dissuade you from going with this option. It's a great TV and can be had at a good price. Samsung has been producing quality televisions for years and this set is no different.
