This tv has the best picture quality ever. It's almost like the people are gonna walk out the screen it's so clear. One fault is this one doesn't connect to the sound bar and I had to connect a auxiliary cable to it.

Love this TV. The only complaint i have is you have to push a button that says "TOOLS" on the remote than scroll down to where it says sleep timer. All my other TV 's had one button to push. I use a sleep timer every night.

This TV is the prefect size for our living room, thank you best buy for the video about the correct size TV based on how far away you are. The picture quality of this TV is great and the built in sound isn't too bad either.

I had a Samsung 40" tv and I decided to upgrade so I bought an lg 55" smart tv had it for 2 weeks and returned it not good picture quality so I bought a Samsung 55" smart tv good quality for the price I will recommend this tv

I've purchase Samsung products for years and this tv is one of the best. The tv was easy to set up and the smart tv features, including the brightness dimmer, are great. I would purchase this again. Hopefully I won't have to.

Great purchase for the price. Highly satisfied. I purchased online and the tv was shipped from another Best Buy location. Not only was it an easy and smooth transaction, but the tv arrived a day earlier than expected.

This is a great TV. Its a smart TV. The only downside is that is only has two HDMI ports. I like having the cable, game console and Chromecast. However the smart TV and game console have all the apps I would cast anyway.

I had a plasma and I am pleased with clarity and resolution of this set. Great for my living room that has lots of windows. Easy to set up. I have not exploited the smart features yet, but they are a bonus.

This TV works really well with my internet service for streaming movies, music, and web browsing. Easy set-up, and easy to follow instructions. This is our 2nd Samsung TV and I would not hesitate to buy another one.

This television meets expectations for a 55" 1080p Smart set. There is some minor motion blur on faster action scenes, but that is to be expected with this television's native refresh rate of 60hz (Motion Rate 120).

The tv is nice and stylish setup was easy. Watching soccer games is nice in sports mode because the fans sound amazing. I would like some tech people out there to help me out with the screen settings like the Coler and everything to make it look like it looks on the box though

love the Samsung smart TV. The picture quality is great, the sound is great, and I no longer an looking at screen of blue and grey tones. Service was great, and I paid in full early so no interest. Yeah

Our 3 year old 50" TV gave up the ghost, so we looked at 50"+. Samsung was not the cheapest, but the feature set caused to include it. Then, seeing the picture confirmed the choice. It really is better quality viewing.

Best Buy staff was very helpful and trained very good they walked me through the whole process of buying 2 televisions a refrigerator and a couple of other things the part that I really liked was free delivery on all items
