This is our first smart television. It was very easy to set up. The web is a bit cumbersome to use without a keyboard so I think a wireless keyboard would be a great addition. We're very satisfied with our purchase.

What do you buy a 90 year old? A really big TV w a Bose sound system! BB helped me figure out the best way to put the speaker closer to Grandma so we all didn’t need to hear every program she watches!

I recieved a new TV as part of Best Buys protection plan. They came out checked it and determined it needed to be replaced and delivered and setup a new TV within a few days. Very happy with the service.

I was looking for a smart TV to replace my old one. I checked reviews and decided which options were important to me. The Samsung was a great value for what I was looking for in a TV. The picture is clear, The smart TV feature is easy to access and simple to use.

My BF & I recently purchased this TV as a house warming gift to ourselves. The only complaint I have is that the Smart Hub takes a little long to load, but there is nothing else bad I can say about this TV.

Received a great price on my tv. The size of the TV is perfect for my living room and large enough to entertain guests. I love that this is a smart TV so I don't have to hook up any additional devices to access apps.

This HDTV does everything that it is advertised to do. I like the color and especially the size. It's not so big that it can't be handled and small enough to fit almost everywhere.

was in a pinch and needed a new tv and was not sure what i wanted, the crew at bestbuy helped me pick out a new tv. Could not have been more happy. Its a great TV.

this tv was a replacement for one under warranty and I love it. I didn't think I was interested in being able to access the internet from my tv but it's kind of nice. and I like netflix so it is all good. Love the tv

I’ve had this TV for about 3 years. My panel is already beginning to go out and after multiple estimates to have it repaired, it is cheaper for me to buy a new TV. Worked fine one night, woke up the next morning and turned the TV on to find some vertical lines starting. Spoke with Samsung on multiple occasions they don’t care to help or try and resolve their issue. I should have purchased an extended warranty, but who expects a TV to crap out after just 3 years? TV was great up until then. Samsung customer service is awful. For that simple fact, I’ll never own another Samsung product. Do yourself a favor if you buy this TV, BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY!

I bought this 55" Samsung Smart TV to replace a Sharp 50" that stopped working. We already had a 24" Samsung which operated like a charm as well as a Samsung BluRay Player that was going to be attached to it anyway - It made sense to get it at the price offered.

I bought this tv to replace a 50" panasonic plasma 720p tv. I went LED for a cooler running tv and Smart features are terrific. I could see the 1080p clarity immediately and don't regret the purchase for 1 minute.

My daughter is using this tv for her PlayStation/ VR system and I have to say that the clarity of the picture is beautiful. The only problem we had was with the set up of YouTube. The tv kept on giving us a message that it couldn't access it but it finally did it.

Love the Samsung so far have had no issues was rated one of the best that's why I spent a little extra to get it looked at a number of TV claiming they had all the features but chose Samsung and like best buy

got this TV for my bedroom had a viszo for 1 week took it back and got this I watch supercross an motocross this has the 120HZ board and works very nice movies look life like very happy with his TV

I got a 55" tv( the largest that would fit where I needed it) and have really enjoyed it. It has caused no problems and performs as I expected. Going online with it is difficult and do not use that function.

I bought this tv after seeing the same model at Walmart. Since I also needed a cabinet for the tv I bought both at Best Buy. If you aren't worried about getting the best and latest this is a great tv!

Meets all of my needs for a Smart TV with a 50" screen. I was able to download HBO GO and Time Warner Cable Apps that I needed to run. Nice Picture. Not the thinest set, but acceptable for table-top use.

Bought this 55" for a larger space - setup is simple and the picture/sound quality is fantastic. It is paired w/my Samsung soundbar audio system - I recommend this TV - at a $500 range..? CANNOT be beat!!!

This is my 3rd Samsung Tv purchased at Best Buy & I really like this TV, picture are nice & clear, on screen set up is very user friendly, consider the price the tv quality believed it's the best deal.
