This TV is great overall with one small issue. Paying the price on a high-end TV should at least come with a remote that has both the Alpha on one side and Numeric on another side on the remotes that I've seen Samsung previously had. But still TV quality overall is great.

This is my 6th Samsung tv but probably my last. I used to be a Sony purist until Samsung blew me away 13 years ago with my first 720 plasma tv. To sum it up, that original Tv is still working on my patio while this new 1.5 year old tv is broken above my mantle. The tv has always been a bit temperamental but I love having the top of the line equipment. I know this isn’t the best of the best but it’s pretty darn good compared to the other levels of 4K. As of right now, the picture is nothing but colorful vertical lines. I can’t imagine this is going to be a cheap fix. It’s sad that all my other TVs have lasted so lfar my to have this next set of technology die out so quickly. I can’t trust Samsung any longer.

The ONLY reason we bought a new tv was because we were burgarized and our 5 year old tv was taken. I can appreciate the new technology to a certain extent. However, I much prefer the older tv versions at this point. This tv is hard to navigate for me. I like old school.

Looks great but the hbo now is a joke and Netflix never loads the home page. PS4 is great looks awesome movies looks awesome as well. just a lot of money for something that doesn't work right, but what do I know

This is our first smartTV and feel like it was a excellent value. We were assisted by the store manger and a very helpful sales associate and are very satisfied with the product

This TV has top of the line 4k resolution, contrast, and color. The Smart TV Tizen application is very good. You will have to change some of the settings to control the jitter.

This is an excellent product. Out of all I researched, this one had all the qualities I was looking for. Am truly satisfied with the purchase and would recommend it to anyone.

I am very happy with the newly purchased Samsung TV. It has excellent color and picture clarity. Your directions for putting it together were excellent and self explanatory.

The picture quality is amazing and so simple to install. There is one box to connect to the tv and everything else connects into the box, no more wire hanging down from the tv.

I returned a 65" LG and went with the 55" version of this Samsung instead. This TV has a significantly better picture than the LG. If you're looking at this TV, look no further.

Bought as a present for my parents. Great picture and resolution. One call out to watch is the stand for the TV is wide so make sure you have a TV stand wide enough to fit it.

TV has been everything we had expected and more, very easy set-up, integrated very easily with other devices. The picture and sound have been great, love all the features.

This is a great tv . I like the way the apps integrated with the tv . The best feature is the smart remote that controls multiple devices . Smart remote eliminated the old universal remote .

I got this and a playstation 4 pro and it looks amazing. Even regular HD content looks nicer because of the color range it has.

Bought this tv on sale for 999.99 Quantum dot display is the way to go. 4K resolution is crisp and clear and the 120hz refresh rate really helped through sporting events

This TV has a great picture. I bought the 65" but returned it. Way to big. Went with 55" fits must better. Had trouble with connecting my receiver. TV keeps going back to previous settings. Fixed now.

I love this Tv I decided to buy this one after my 120 hz version got broken and the picture quality on this is in no comparison to the previous version that I had gotten

We are really enjoying the picture quality of the Samsung product. The size of the flat-screen was perfect for us, and the installation by the Geek Squad was super helpful.

Bought this after purchasing an LG and returning it because of poor quality. Very impressed with the crisp picture, easy to navigate smart functions, etc. No regrets here.
