    Wish that Samsung Apps had more selections for SMART TV. TV works fine. Nobody mentioned that cable operators don't yet have many channels on 4K.. You Tube 4K is awesome.

    Samsung took two days to respond to my service call. Disputing in-warranty even though I sent purchase proof. I contacted three times and Samsung still didn't know I requested service. Can't read notes I guess. This is Friday and won't get service until Tuesday. So, doubtful I will have a working TV for 7-10 more days!!!! Being a computer technician, I would say the video board is toast and TV probably a total loss. Final words, Samsung isn't concerned about good customer service.

    I bought this TV in 2016, and it was a great value of quality and 4k at the time. After 2.5 years the wifi chip stopped working or the software broke it (don't know) so I had to run an ethernet cable to the TV at all times. The remote buttons also stopped working after 4 years, so that had to be replaced with an $8 knockoff instead of the $70 Samsung replacement.
