This TV Has been awesome since the day I bought it!

This television has one cord to connect to everything. The picture is vivid. Great buy.

I have the TV in a room with large windows and the brightness of the picture is a plus.

A Samsung 4K TV for <$1,000?...absolutely! The remote is a very minimalistic remote...definitely a shortcoming for such a nice tv -> hence the 4* rating.

I have had this TV for 5 weeks and am very happy with it. The detail of 4K is awesome.

The quality of the screen is great. It is clear and high quality.

This set has a fantastic picture and great design, but the quality control is horrendous. My first one would power down after an hour of use, second one had a row of dead pixels on the top and now my third one looks like it has a foreign substance under the glass. Will be returning asap and going with a Sony.

This tv was a purchase for my son and his family as a xmas gift. So far great purchase.

My husband is a gamer and he loves playing on this tv the colors pop out beautifully.

TV is great right out of the box with no tuning required. SHD is well worth the money.

Still not 100% sold on the tv as sometimes it thrills me and sometimes I am reminded my 32" bedroom unit has a better picture... OR is it because the remote they give with this unit is garbage. I seriously have almost thrown it against the wall on more than one occasion, but am now just making an Amazon decision on a new remote. How do you offer such a useless item with a so-called high end TV??? Very frustrating, hurts the overall impression of the unit.

IMHO this television is garbage. I've had it for some time so I feel like I can make a fair assessment. First, the software bogs down. More often than I would like (couple times a day at least) I have to unplug the thing because the interface starts to lag or transitions begin to stutter. Sometimes the screen just freezes. There are also these completely worthless "Samsung Extra" alerts that randomly pop up on the screen. Then, there is the remote. Its too small. I have slightly larger than average hands and its only a little larger than my thumb. I'd describe it as cute but impractical. The facing is completely black with inset buttons. I lose it all the time as it is small enough to fall through nearly any crack and dark enough to disappear in any shadow. There are rocker buttons for channel and volume. They are coated in an apparently cheap silver finish that has already started to chip badly. The voice input recognition is sub-par to the point I'd rather just not use it. The tv build is sound and aesthetically pleasing. Easily, the best thing about the television. The display can at times be very impressive but only one hdmi port supports 4K. Would like to have that mentioned in the description but I don't think it was. This is the primary tv in my house an its just so frustrating to use.

Definitely Samsung is the best. No other TV set matches the colors of this product.
